After being hand cut, the noodles have to expose under the sunlight for over 24 hours, in the whole process have to be meticulous. Because of the noodle's great texture, Sunbathed Noodle is popular in restaurants too. For over 40 years, the company has persisted in the ingredient of the noodle and the manufacturing process.
