Handpick the tea leaf in summer which is optimal for making black tea, and after 90 hours of process, it’s finally made. Black tea can store for a long time if well preserved. Freshly made black tea comes with some astringency, but after ripening black tea will develop a rich aroma and a smooth and sweet taste.
